Hydrophilic Silicone Oil Softer 909 is a multivariate copolymerization block modified silicone
softener.

Properties:
Appearance: tiny yellow transparent liquid
Ionic: weak cationic/nonionic
Solid Content: 79-81%(105℃, 3h)

Application:
Suitable for all kinds of cellulose fiber fabrics.

Usage amount for reference:
Dilute method: diluted with water
Softer 909 diluted emulsion (20%solid content)
(1) Dipping Process:1~5%(o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process:10~50g/l

Dilute Method:
A. Formula:
Softer 909 : 100kg
Glacial acetic acid: 1kg
Water: 300kg

B. Dilute process:
1. Add Softer 909, start stirring;
2. Add 30kg water to stir for 5~10minutes;
3. Add 50kg water, add 1kg acid to stir for 5~10 minutes;
4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
5. Add 80kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
6. Add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes;
7. Filterand pack.

Package:
50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage:
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.
