Reactive NA
Reactive NA type
(High Perspiration Light Fastness)

Special Properties:
Excellent light fastness and perspiration light fastness especially for pale shade.
Good washing-off property.
Good compatibility and reproducibility.
Good build-up.
No need to add "Alkali" during dyeing process.

Dyeing Process:
Start from 25 to 30 degree C
Add NA Dye, Salt, Stabilizer MTB
Run for 20 minutes
Raise temperature from 30 degree C to 85 degree C, 1 degree C per minute.
Dyeing at 85 degree C for 30 minutes
Washing – Soaping – Washing

Soaping Process:
Washing at 50-55 degree C X 10 min.
Soaping at 95 degree C X 15 min.
Cold rinse
Cold rinse

Dosage of Salt and Stabilizer MTB
Dyeing depth (o.w.f.)
Below 0.25% o.w.f., salt 10g/l to 20g/l, Stabilizer MTB 1g/l
From 0.25% to 0.5% o.w.f., salt 20g/l to 30g/l, Stabilizer MTB 1g/l
From 0.5% to 1.0% o.w.f., salt 30g/l to 50g/l, Stabilizer MTB 1g/l to 1.2g/l
Above 1% o.w.f., salt above 50g/l, Stabilizer MTB 1.2g/l

Remarks:
Reactive NA dyes are sensitive to peroxide even only 5 ppm residue, recommend using our peroxide killer to remove peroxide residue.

Dyeing procedure of Topcion HEXL dye / Reactive HEXL dye

HEXL dye
Dyeing procedure of Topcion HEXL dye / Reactive HEXL dye:

Property
TOPCION HEXL is particularly suitable for exhaust dyeing. Levelling effect is excellent.
The washing fastness of TOPCION HEXL is better than HE Type dye.
TOPCION HEXL can be easily washed off for unfixed molecule dyes.
TOPCION HEXL dye is good for using in combinations with each other.

Dyeing method
Exhaustion dyeing / Winches, jet-dyeing machine, circulation equipment
Liquor ratios 1:6 to 1:20
Start from room temperature
Run 10 minutes
Add HEXL dye
Run 20 minutes
Add salt 1/10
Raise temperature to 80 degree C, 1~2 degree C per minute
Add salt 3/10 at 45 to 50 degree C.
Add salt 6/10 at 60 to 65 degree C
Dyeing at 80 degree C for 15 minutes
Add soda ash 1/2
Run 15 minutes
Add soda ash 1/2
Keep dyeing for 30 to 70 minutes
Soaping – Washing

Recommended Dosage of Salt and Soda ash (alkali)
Dyeing depth below 0.5% o.w.f., salt 0 to 20 g/l, soda ash 15 g/l
Dyeing depth 0.5% to 1% o.w.f., salt 20 to 40 g/l, soda ash 15 g/l
Dyeing depth 1% to 2% o.w.f., salt 40 to 60 g/l, soda ash 20 g/l
Dyeing depth 2% to 4% o.w.f., salt 60 g/l, soda ash 20 g/l
Dyeing depth above 4% o.w.f., salt 80 g/l, soda ash 20 g/l

Soaping After Exhaust Dyeing
Rinse by hot water for 10 to 20 minutes
Soaping at the boil for 15 to 30 minutes
Rinse by warm water for 10 minutes
