DETER CPW (Soaping agent)

Anti-staining soaping agent DETER CPW is a special compound of polymer and surfactant, which has good decolorization and cleaning performance and excellent dispersion adsorption and anti-staining effect.

Characteristics

1. This product is a neutral soaping agent, which reduces the trouble of neutralization after soaping.
2. It has excellent effect of cleaning float color, absorbing and dispersing hydrolytic dye and anti staining to ground color.
3. No affect color shade
4. Almost no foam
5. This product has no phosphorus and APEO.

PROPERTIES

Appearance : Colorless to yellowish powder
Ionic Character : Nonionic/Anionic
pH Value : 7.0±1 (1% aqueous solution)

APPLICATION

Soaping process after dyeing and printing of reactive dye.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Exhaustion process: DETER CPW: 0.3-0.6 g/l
Continuous process: DETER CPW: 1.5-3.0 g/l

Note:

1. Avoid direct contact with skin. If it accidentally gets into eyes, wash it with plenty of water.
2. This product is high concentrated product, which can be used directly by reducing the dosage, or it can be diluted 3-4 times with normal temperature water (about 20-30 ℃) (if you need transparent appearance for storage, please add little glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH value to about 7).

STORAGE

1. Do not touch water or other solvents.
2. Store in a dry and ventilated environment. It is prohibited to expose to the sun, and it should be stored in a cool place.
3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months under cool, dry, and ventilated conditions.
