DETER TCL (Soaping agent)

DETER TCL is a special compound of high molecular compound and green reducing system. It has excellent soaping effect on floated disperse dye of polyester and its blended fiber, thus improving the fastness. Compared with the traditional disperse reducing detergent, it focuses more on the washing of disperse floating color. for T/C fabric dyeing , soaping in one bath process after reactive dyeing by DETER TCL is workable. Effectively improve the processing efficiency.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Low foaming.
2. Could replace sodium hydrosulphite and no unpleasant smell.
3. Safe storage, no phosphorus and nitrogen, real safety and environmentally friendly.

pH Value : 5.5.0-7.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility : Easily soluble in water

Polyester/Cotton(Disperse dyes + Reactive dyes)
DETER TCL：0.5%~1.5%
Temp.：80-95℃*20min
Liquor ratio: 1:2~

PACKING: 120kg drum

STORAGE

1. Can be stored for 9 months under cool and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. Keep it away from sunshine and oxidizing agent.
