White PU-ZF-W11

White PU-ZF-W11 is a white viscous paste mixed by PU resin and TiO2 for general water proof coating purpose.

Appearance: White viscous
Main component: PU resin & TiO2
Particle size: 35- 40 microns
Solid content: 50 – 55%
Solubility: Soluble in solvent

Application
For general water proof coating on various fabrics such as polyester taffeta, nylon taffeta..etc.

Recommended recipe

Preparing coating paste by:
PU Resin: 100%
White PU-ZF-W11: 20~40%
Toluene: 10-15%
MEK: 10% (to adjust the viscosity)
Well stirred at low speed.

Direct coating onto fabric.

Packing / Storage
25kgs drum, storage time 12 months in dry and cool place.
