STRIPPER 146 (Heavy and dirt oil removing detergent)

Ionic Nature：Nonionic
Solubility in Water：Dispersed in water
pH Value (1%)：11±1
Storage Stability：Stable at normal condition and can be storage in one year.

APPLICATION

On synthetic fibers and fabrics.
A. Normal scour:
1.0g/l o.w.s. STRIPPER 146 without alkali.
For 20 min. at 80～98℃

B. Heavy dirt scour:
1.0～4.0g/l o.w.s. STRIPPER 146 without alkali. For 20 min. at 98℃. An 1.0～2.0g/l soda or
caustic soda addition helps the removal of heavy oil.

C. One bath scouring/bleaching, dyeing:
STRIPPER 146 can be added to the bleaching bath or dyeing bath to carry one bath
scouring/bleaching or one bath scouring/dyeing process.

D. For the pretreating, kier boiling scouring and bleaching bath on PES/Cotton
blends or 100% cotton use 0.5～1.0g/l STRIPPER 146 with 1.0g/l caustic soda, it will
provide excellent wetting emulsification and detergency.
