RESIN LM-80
(High concentration melamine resin)

RESIN LM-80 is a highly concentrated melamine resin, which can provide fabrics with stiffness in the case of synthetic fibers, and fullness in the case of cellulose fibers greatly. It can be also used as the cross-linking agent for acrylic copolymer emulsion to improve the physical property of the film.

ADVANTAGES

APPLICATION
Cold water is used for dilution.
RESIN LM-80 is most suitable for maximum bath stability. In general, 20 % of catalyst
is added to the weight of RESIN LM-80.
Baking (condensation) at high temperature is indispensable for fixation of the finish, and it can be carried out in the range of temperature between 135 deg.C ( 275 deg.F ) and 190 deg.C ( 374 deg.F) within several minutes by the use of conventional equipment.

Packing and storage:
Net in 150kg in PE drum, storage time 3 months in cool and dry place.
