Softer-1550 is a hydrophilic silicone softener for any fabrics. It can also be used as a component of textile lubricants and softeners.

Characteristics
1.Imparts a soft and bulky handle.
2.Improves soil release properties.
3.Compare with others type silicone softener. Softer-1550 have more Hydroscopic.
4.Reduces surface tension of ester oils and ethylene oxide adducts and therefore improves surface spreading properties.
5.Avoids tri bothermic damage. e.g. on high speed indutrial sewing machines.
6.Casofter-1550 can be used as a component in formulations containing aminoamide, quaternary ammonium compounds and/or polyethylene wax.
7.The application on woven cloth, knit goods and non-wovens is dependant on the required effect.
8.To improve fabric cuffing and sewability we recommend 0.2% be applied from an aqueous solution on a foulard or by spraying.
