Wet Crocking / Dry Crocking / Wet Rubbing / Dry Rubbing Fastness Improving Agent: Finish - RG

Finish – RG is specially designed for improving rubbing fastness (for both wet and dry rubbing fastness).
Finish – RG will effectively improve rubbing fastness for the fabric after dyed by Reactive dye / Direct dye / Acid dye and Sulphur dye…etc.
It is almost no influence to hand feeling by using Finish – RG.
Finish – RG doesn’t contain “formaldehyde”, “APEO” & “NP”.

Process:
Finish Dyeing-- Draining-- Washing--  Draining-- Adding Water
-- Adding Finish RG -- Rising temperature to 40 – 60 deg.C X 20 ~ 30 minutes
-- Hydro extracting --Drying at 100 deg.C--  Baking at 130 ~ 140 deg.C for 60 seconds.

By padding
Finish – RG:……….30~40g/L
Process:
Finish Dyeing-- Washing -- Drying-- Two dipping / Two Padding with Finish –RG solution-- Drying at 100 deg.C -- Baking at 130 ~ 140 deg.C for 60 seconds.
