WET VX-44 (Scouring and wetting agent (APEO free))

WET VX-44 is a ECO-friendly product with good wetting, and high alkali tolerance for continuous and discontinuous pretreatment, including desizing, scouring and bleaching.
WET VX-44 has good emulsifying, dispersing and re-wetting, thus can prevent desizing
re-adhesion and provide good leveling effect.
WET VX-44 can promote whiteness in bleaching process.

2. Composition : Special anionic surfactant
3. Ionic : Anionic / Nonionic
4. pH : 5~7
5. Solubility : Soluble in cold water
6. Solid Content : 44%

Features:
1. Easily soluble in water.
2. High alkali tolerance 【Above 150g/l (NaoH45%)】, acid tolerance, thermostable.
3. Good wetting, low-foaming, suitable for all kind of jet machines.
4. Imparts excellent emulsifying, dispersing and re-wetting.

Application:
【Scouring-bleaching process】
Hydrogen peroxide 【H2O2 (35%)】 : 4-6 g/l
Sodium hydroxide 【NaOH (45%)】 : 3-4 g/l
Stabilizer of Hydrogen peroxide : : 0.2-0.5 g/l
Sequestering agent : 1 g/l
Wet VX-44 : 1-2 g/l
