Properties:
Thickener RT/RS can totally replace sodium alginate for reactive dye printing with soft hand feeling, more bright color and fine print pattern as well as cost savings of 30%.

Composition: Natural paste with high degree of substitution

PH value: 7-8
Pasting rate Dose: 5% (50000mpa.s)
Stability: in hard water, in weak alkaline media is quite stable. No need to add Sodium hexametaphosphate
Store: This product is easy-damp, should be stored in dry and low temperature room, unopened products can be stored for 12 months

Filtrability
Stock paste does not contain insoluble substances
Rheological properties，filterability is very good.

Rheological properties
Thickener RT/RS flowability is general PVID value is 0.4，salt tolerance is good.

Color value
Compare with sodium alginate，Thickener RT/RS have higher color value and brilliance.

Sharpness of dyeing
Using Thickener RT/RS , it can get clarity of line and pattern outline.

Printing film/paste removability
Thickener RT/RS 's thin film is very soft no stacked up color. Printed fabric after removal of paste process routine，it can get a soft handle.

Stability in viscosity of stock paste during storage
Thickener RT/RS has a good anticorrosion performance，in a hot summer, it also can be placed at least one week，don't need to add any preservatives.

Application
Preparation of stock paste:
95% Water
5% Thickener RT/RS
100% Stock Paste

Stock paste preparation there are no special requirements，it also used in automatic mixing system.
It is suggest to be placed 6 hours，and it can be achieve the best results.

Textile Fabric
Thickener RT/RS is available for Rayon，Cotton fabrics/Reactive dye printing paste，it is available for all woven and knitting fabric printing，Thickener RT/RS is also available for polyester fabric/disperse dye printing.

The applicability
Thickener RT/RS is available for rotary screen printing，flat screen printing and hand printing.

Note: If the printing speed is about 30meters/minute，it no need to add Active thickener.
If the printing speed is about 50meters/minute，it need add Activity thickener.

Thickener RT/RS has 2 specification:
RS ( 3.5% 40000mpas ) is handle softer and color depth
RT (4% 40000mpas) is handle soft and color is ok.
