Thickener RD-2R (Printing Thickener for Reactive dye)

Characteristics:

1. Applicable for printing on cotton, rayon, polyester, on either knitted fabrics or woven fabrics or plush fabrics.
2. Replace sodium alginate entirely in reactive dyes printing.
3. Rapid viscosity under high speed stirring, no need to use long time for natural swelling, hence printing paste can be made and ready for use immediately.
4. Better wash-off property than sodium alginate which will bring back very soft hand feel.
5. Better penetration property than sodium alginate.
6. Ready paste made from Thickener RD-2R has better chemical stability than that made from Sodium Alginate under high temperature, especially in summer season.
7. Ideal printing results with sharp outline, levelness, color yield and brightness.
8. No AP/APEO, OP/OPEO or formaldehyde is contained.
9. Excellent fluidity and leveling property
10. Free from screen choking problem.
11. Much lower cost than sodium alginate.
