Applications on Cotton / Rayon Garments

Pre-treatment
WET 330 (30%, nonionic wetting agent) 1~3% (o.w.f.)
70 C x 10 ~15 min. 
Draining.

Cationizing process by exhaustion (Liquor ratio = 1:10)
Place garments in machine, liquor ratio = 1:10 
Add Soda Ash to achieve PH of 8.5, run for 5 minutes 
Add pre-diluted Cationization agent 3 ~ 5% (o.w.f.) slowly over a period of 10 minutes, run for 10 minutes
Raising temperature to 60 deg.C (1~2 deg.C per minute)
Hold for 15 minutes

Pigment dyeing by exhaustion:
Drain liquid 
Add water in machine, liquor ratio = 1:10 ~ 1:20
Add well-mixed pigment (Toppigment, Nano type), filtering by 125 mesh, slowly for 15 minutes
Raising temperature to 60 deg.C (1~2 deg.C per minute)
Hold for 15 minutes.

Post-treatment:
Drain 2/3 liquid
Add water and add 3~5% binder (Binder PB-7), run for 20 minutes
Drain liquid 
Add water and run for 3 ~ 5 minutes
Drain liquid 
Add water and softener 2~3%, then raise temperature to 50 deg.C, run 15~20 minutes. 

Tumbler drying
Heat treatment, 130deg.C x 3 minutes.

Packing and Storage: Net in 120kgs Plastic drum. Storage-time 6 months in cool and dry place.
