Softer VA-70 NY

Softer VA-70NY is a non-yellowing modified amino silicone emulsion that is different from traditional amino silicone fluids. It has little effect on the color shades of fabrics and is considered to be the best softening agent for 100% cotton fabrics.

Characteristics
Good elastic, stretch and recover effect for knitted fabrics.
Imparts soft, smooth and voluminous texture on cotton and cotton blend fabrics
Good surface abrasion and color fastening during washing
Gives fabrics a wrinkle-free effect
Non-yellowing
Easy to dilute

Dilute to 10%

Padding process (Based on 10% solution)
Dosage: :10~30 g/L
Soaking temperature: :Room temperature
Setting temperature: :150°C / 2.5min
Note:
Suitable for Stenter Machine (Cotton) in 200°C, 2.5mins without yellowing.

Storage & packaging
120kgs Plastic drum. Storage time 8 months in dry and cool place.
