Softer HCS (Hydrophillic softener)

Softer HCS is modified by silicone and high molecules substances from natural plants, which is with alkali / acid resistance and environmentally friendly characteristics.
Softer HCS has excellent water wicking ability in which the water swiftly spreads and evaporates quickly after absorption.

Technical Advantages

Increases fabric’s hand feeling with heavy, bounce, and soothing properties.
Excellent fiber penetration.
Low in color deviation.

Application
Can be added to dye baths, or finish method for textile finishing
Temperature can hold up to 130℃ with high shear stability.

Padding process
Softer HCS: 5~10 g/L
Soaking temperature :Room temperature
Setting temperature :150°C / 2.5min

Packing
Net in 120kgs / 200kgs PE drum, storage time 6 months in cool and dry place.
