SA-500 (High temperature sealing agent)

All anodizing sealing process for aluminum shall be performed in boiling water to get satisfactory results. Low temperature and/or short sealing process may result in unreasonable results. For general sealing processes, there are nickel-dyeing method, hot-pot method, steaming method and chromate acid method.

SA-500 can be used for sealing a colored film /surface which is dyed by organic dye as well as for other application:
1. Electro-decoloration.
2.Coloration by mineral dyeing
3. White film sealing.
