OIL-200 (Sizing)

Oil-200 is solid emulsion disperse warp sizing agent which offers soft and lubricant effect, especially, for high class fabric, its’ blend and high intensity fabric. It’s easy to dissolve and emulsify with 55-60°C hot water. It can keep stable and leveling during sizing process.

Properties :
Composition : High concentrated waxy oil derivative Solid content(%) : 76 ± 2%
Appearance : White to light yellow flake Ionic : Nonionic/Anionic
pH(1%) : 6.5 ± 1 Solubility : Easily soluble in water

Instruction :
Direct input method : Directly add the paste melting in 60°C during the heating process or after 1-1.5 hours melting.

Cast paste method : After the starch melting in the 65°C for 20 minutes, stop the steam and add Oil-200 in the starch dispersion of tank.

※We recommend you add Oil-200 in 60°C for the stability.

Application :
For synthetic fiber and its blends, apply in 8~10% of starch, but when you apply in AFTERWAXING, dosage 2 ~ 3% is enough.
The dosage is 6~7% of starch in high class fabric.

Packing and Storage:
Net in 20 kg in water proof PP bag. Storage time 6 months,
We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
