Bleach-120 is applied in enzymatic bleaching cleanup, where residual hydrogen peroxide is removed from textile material and process liquor prior to the dyeing step .
Efficient bleaching cleanup is important especially when dyeing with reactive dyestuffs which are sensitive to oxidation.
Bleach-120 offers the advantages of:
- Low water consumption, at least 30% less than conventional methods.
- Short processing time.
- Safe dyeing, no color change to fabric.
- Excellent reproducibility and uniformity from batch to batch.
