FIX PA-60 (High concentration fixing agent for Acid Dye)

FIX PA-60 is an after treating agent to improve the wet color fastness properties of dyeing
produced with acid dyes. It will not make the treated nylon fiber change color.

Characteristics
1. For Nylon dyes, by adding FIX PA-60 and adopting dye bath method, wet color fastness would be elevated.
2. Excellent stain-free and softening effects, especially when prints are treated with FIX PA-60 after steaming. The white area of the pattern will be completely stain-free.
3. Low color change for fabrics.
4. No foaming and able to bear the hardness water, so it can reduce probability happens in the fixing mottled.

Applications
Adds FIX PA-60 into water (PH5~6) mixed with acetic acid, then pours it into dye machine to adjust pH 4 ~ 4.5. When temperature rises between 60°C~80°C, after 20 ~30 mins treatment, rewash and dry, all the process would be finished. The volume of FIX PA-60 usage depends on the density of dyes, it is about 1~2% (o.w.f.).

Notes
1. If in dyeing process using polyethylene alkyl amine type leveling agent. Before fixation process we have to take good washing rinse to very clean.
2. It is prohibited to add high density of FIX PA-60 into dye machine directly. To avoid the spots and quickly change of acid-base neutralization, the best way is to add FIX PA-60 into water (PH 5~6) and then add it into dye bath (PH4~4.5).

Packing and Storage
Net 120kgs PE drum. Storage-time 6 months in dry and cool place.
