Blue Sign Identified product – Scour 110 & Lever 146

1. Scour 110 (Low-Foaming Scouring and Desizing Soaping Agent)
Scour 110 is an anionic and nonionic mixed surfactant which is applicable in concentrated alkali solution, or in continuous, washing with its dependable detergency. Versatile usage in desizing to soaping processes is available.

Suggested Applications:
1) For cotton yarn and fabrics ( kier boiling )
NaOH (38°Be').......................1.5 ～ 2.5%(o.w.f.)
Cascour-110 …...............0.5 ～ 2 %(o.w.f.)
Bathratio......…………………1:20～30
Boil time.................................3 ～ 6 hrs.
Steam pressure........................2 ～ 2.5
2) Desizing of P.V.A. for polyester/cotton and cotton fabrics
(Jigger method)
NaOH (38°Be')........................8 ～ 10 g/l
Cascour-110 …...... .........1 ～ 3g/l
Bath ratio.................................1 : 5
Temperature x time..................100°C x 1～3 hrs.

2. Lever 146 (Levelling Agent)
Lever 146 is a dispersing and levelling agent especially developed for use in low liquor ratio rapid dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics. It exhibits not only sufficiently low foaming property essentially required for low liquor ratio rapid dyeing but also excellent migration, retarding, dispersibility and stain reducing effect on dyeing machines.

Application:
Depend on dye, Substrate dying machine use different quantity in general use :
dyeing 0.2 ~ 1.0 g/L
redyeing 1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L
Temp：130°C～140°C × 15～60min.
