Acid AS-W is a new type pH slide agent for Nylon, Wool, and Silk in acid dyeing bath. Acid AS-W will release organic acid slowly following by temperature rising. Thus, Acid AS-W can provide levelling effect because functional group of acid dyestuff will be activated slowly by organic acid in dyeing bath.
When temperature reaches final dyeing point, degree of dyeing is high and wastewater is less because of sufficient organic acid.

1.Acid AS-W provides excellent levelling effect because degree of dyeing increase gradually when temperature is rising.
2.Acid AS-W can reduce amount of required acid dyestuff because of high degree of dyeing.
3.Acid AS-W will reduce the usage amount of levelling agent. Levelling agent will cause foaming problem and increase wastewater
