Sealing Agent -LSA30

LSA30 is a low temperature sealing agent used for anodizing aluminum surfaces. In the past, in order to seal the hexagonal micropores after anodization on the aluminum surface, hot water and metal salt treatment were usually used. If treated properly, the corrosion resistance and peeling resistance of the anodized aluminum surface can indeed be improved, but the treatment time and temperature control requirements for hot water sealing are relatively high, and the appearance of "Boehmite stains" on the surface is a difficult technical hurdle to overcome. Researchers have also made a lot of efforts to solve this problem.

The emergence of LSA30 is a breakthrough in aluminum surface sealing technology. It can basically replace the long-term high temperature sealing treatment of aluminum surfaces in the past. It has many significant advantages in terms of technical process and production cost.
