Softer 150GS, Flake softener for acrylic fabric

Softer 150GS is a unique cationic softener that provides desirable softness to synthetic fibers, especially acrylic fiber with good absorption, durable to washing, and antistatic effect.

Physical properties:
Component: Aliphatic quaternary salt derivatives
Appearance: Yellow flake
PH (2% sol.): 3.5±1
Ionicity: Cationic
Solubility: Easily dispersion in hot water

Characteristics:
Imparts woolly hand and bulky feel to synthetic fibers, especially acrylics yarn.
It's a micro-emulsion form with uniformly absorption on surface of processed fibers.
Washing durable.
Good stable against other chemical auxiliaries, such as sodium sulfate, catalyst and synthetic resins etc.

Suggested applications:
Acrylics bulky yarn lubricant (absorption): 1 ~ 5 % o.w.f.
PES, T/C, blend fabrics softener for resin finishing (padding): 20 ~ 30g/l o.w.s.
