Product Introduction

BINDER DTP-200C is a highly cationic polymeric compound capable of cationizing cellulose fibers at relatively low temperatures. This process imparts a cationic surface to the fibers, enabling them to adsorb anionic coating colorants and digital inks, thereby enhancing color adhesion, vibrancy, and clarity on the fibers.

Product Features

1、Maintains ink pH at neutral or weakly alkaline levels, ensuring printhead safety.
2、Enhances the charge-based bonding between cationic inks and fibers (e.g., polyester, acrylic, nylon) through pre- or post-treatment, improving color fastness and depth.
3、Application: Applied via spraying or screen printing.
Drying Conditions:
130–150°C (2 minutes) or 80°C (20 minutes).

Precautions

1、Incompatible with reducing agents or anionic products, as they may compromise treatment efficacy.
2、Storage: Keep in a sealed container, avoiding freezing or high temperatures. Recommended Storage: 10–35°C (shelf life: 12 months).
