Thickener DST, Thickener for disperse dye printing

Thickener DST is a high viscosity textile printing thickener for polyester printing and fixation of disperse dyes is done by high temperature steaming method.

Main Component: Carboxymethyl ether of Tamarind kernel powder
Appearance: Light brownish yellow ~ creamish powder
pH value: 9-11.5
Ionicity: Anionic

Characteristics:
Very good aqueous solubility so the stock paste is available in a short period of time.
Good rheology gives a sharper printing effect.
The thickener film is soft and elastic which does not crack or flake off, even at high temperatures.
Film formed is more transparent and gives a higher color value and brighter color effect.
Determined rheology allows long run printing without stoppage, hence higher levels of
production.
Due to effective chemical modification, hydration of the film after color fixation is faster, resulting in better washing off of the thickener film, and therefore a softer touch to the final finished fabric.
