LEVER-160 (Leveling agent)

LEVER-160 is used for acid dyes and weak acid dyes dyeing additives, can be used for nylon fiber, wool fabric dyeing.

Advantage:
(1) Effectively improve the dispersing performance of acid dyestuffs, with uniform distribution in the bath.
(2) Excellent slow-dyeing performance, so that the dyestuff can be dyed slowly and evenly during the dyeing heating stage.
(3) It can effectively prevent the phenomenon of color bloom and unevenness
(4) Reduce the dyeing depth and light edge, make the fabric color light pure and bright.

Basic Character:
Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid pH (1% aqueous solution)： 6-7
Solid Content（%，105℃*3h)：46.0-48.0
Solubility: Soluble in cold water

Application:
Acid and weak acid dyeing of nylon fabrics, blended fabrics and wool. Applicable equipment: various types of dyeing equipment.

Nylon dip-dyeing process:
Leveling agent LEVER-160: 0.5 ~ 1.0 % (o.w.f)
Bath ratio 1:8 -10, start dyeing at room temperature→1-1.5 ℃ / min heating to 98 ℃ →Keep temperature 30-60 min→Cool down to 70 ℃, wash thoroughly in water.

Package : 120KG plastic barrel.

Storage : Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of 12 months.
