SOFTER-300 is an amino and epoxy polymeric silicone emulsion. Developed for easy application of all fabrics. It produces a soft, silky and resilient handle.

PROPERTIES

Appearance : Milky emulsion
Component : Aqueous emulsion of amino and epoxy modified silicone
Ionic : Anionic/ Nonionic/ Cationic
pH value : 4.5-5
Dissolution : Easily dispersing in cold water.


APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

SOFTER-300 can be applied by exhaustion on Winch, Jig and paddle machine as well as padding. It is not suitable for application in jet dyeing machine.

Exhaustion process
SOFTER-300 1 – 4% (o.w.f)
30 - 40℃ X 30 – 40 minutes.
