Dyeing machine cleaning agent STRIPPER P-51 is compound of surfactant and inorganic salt, is alkali reduction clearing agent. It can commendably divest dyestuffs, oil stain and polyester low oligomer clinging inwall of dyeing machine pipe and disperse them to avoid of re-staining.

1. Appearance: white powder
2. Ionicity: nonionic
3. pH value: 10.0-11.5 (10% aqueous solution)
4. Solubility: Can be easily dissolved in warm water about 50-60℃

Recommended dosage

Method one: STRIPPER P-51: 5-10g/L

Method two: STRIPPER P-51: 5-10g/L 5-8g/L
Sodium dithionite: 2-3g/L
Atmospheric temperature dyeing machine: 95~100℃×30~40min
High temperature dyeing machine: 125~135℃×30~40min

Storage: Can be stored for 12 months under cool, well-ventilated and dry condition.
