The dyed woven of polyester for car sheet needs excellent color fastness to light. It is unable to satisfy the required standard only selecting dispersion dyes. Therefore, the improving agent of light fastness is indispensable to use.
FINISH LF-10 is the improvement agent of color fastness to light which blended triazine type UV ray absorbent, it is able to improve the color fastness to light of dyed woven only addition of FINISH LF-10 into dyeing bath.

Physical properties:
1) Appearance: Milky yellowish white dispersion
2) Main component: Triazine derivatives
3) Ionicity: Nonionic
4) pH: Approx. 7 (5% solution.)
5) Solubility: Disperse in water

Note:
1. FINISH LF-10 improves the color fastness to light of dyed matter with dispersion dyes for polyester woven fabrics.
2. FINISH LF-10 is a good effect only dyeing bath addition.
3. FINISH LF-10 is effective even at low additive amounts (0.5% o.w.f. or more)
4. FINISH LF-10 does not contain UVA (UV-320, UV-326, UV-327, UV-329, UV-350) which restricted in REACH SVHC.

Application :
The usage will be different as according to the kind and form of material dyed, concentration and various kind dye used. But the standard is a 0.5 – 2%o.w.f.

Exhaustion Dyeing
Bath ratio: 1:15 ~ 1:20
Disperse dye: X% o.w.f
FINISH LF-10: 1 – 3% o.w.f.
Acetic acid: Y%o.w.f.
Dyeing at 130 deg.C for 30 minutes.

Reduction cleaning:
Bath ratio: 1:20
NaOH: 1g/L
Hydosulfate: 1g/L
80 deg.C for 10 minutes.

Packing: 18kg UN Drum with pallet.
