Binder TSR-530

TSR-530 is an oil-based acrylic vinyl acetate copolymer resin as pressure sensitive adhesive, it is good for use as table binder (table glue/gum).

Properties:

Appearance: Transparent Viscous liquid
Main Component: Acrylic Copolymer
Solid Content: 45 +/- 1 %
Viscosity : 5,000 +/- 1,000 cps ( Brookfield Viscometer, RVF, #4/10 rpm/30 ℃)
Solvent: Ethyl Acetate/ Isopropyl Alcohol

Application:

(1) Coating method: by roller or knife coating at room temperature

(2) Special feature of resin:
- The dry film has long surface tack.
- As table binder for temporary adhesion of printed fabric with table
- Easy peel off with paper under a properly condition

Packing / Storage:

180kgs iron drum, storage time 6 months in dry and cool place without direct sunlight.
