Application:
Topwhite LCL is suitable for nylon and its belnds with high light fastness at grade 5. It is for exhaustion and padding process.
The quality is counter of CLE liq.

Process:
1. By Exhaustion process for nylon:

A. Na2SO4 bath:
Dosage:
Topwhite LCL: 0.5-1.5% o.w.f
Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l
Na2SO4: 2-3g/l
Acetic acid adjusted Ph to 4~6
Temperature: 80 to 130 deg.C
Time:20 to 30min

B. Sodium Chlorite bath:
Dosage:
Topwhite LCL: 0.5-1.5% o.w.f
Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l
NaNO3: 2-3 g/l
Sodium chlorite: 3-8g/l
Complexing agent: 0.5-1.0g/l
Temperature: 90 deg. C
Time:30 to 40min
