DTG SG INK FOR SG 1024 (Direct to garment printing ink)

DTG SG pigment ink is specially developed for direct-to garment or roll-to-roll digital printing on cotton or their blends.
The product fully meets with the standard requirements of the textile applications with easy operating process. Direct heating hot pressure after printing, which is simple, convenient, and environmentally friendly.

Application process:
Dark color fabric
Fabric finishing→Pretreatment→Drying under 105℃→Digital print White ink→Digital print Color ink→Drying under 105℃→ Baking 5 minutes in oven under 150℃ or Hot pressure 90 sec under 160℃
Light color fabric
Fabric finishing→Pretreatment→Drying under 105℃→Digital print Color ink→Drying under 105℃→Baking 5 minutes in oven under 150℃ or Hot pressure 90 sec under 160℃
