Bleach-1040 A (Stabilizing agent for bleaching peroxide bath)

Bleach-1040A is a non-silicate based stabilizing agent for hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton and cotton blends by batchwise, continuous or semi-continuous systems.

Properties
Appearance: Light yellow clean liquid
PH (1% solution): 12.5 + 1
Ionic: Anionic
Water Solution: Easily soluble in water

Characteristics
1. Can partially, and in many cases totally replace sodium silicate in the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton and cotton blended goods.
2. Leaves yarns and fabrics with a softer handle and better frictional properties.
3. Does not leave deposits on bleaching equipment
4. Is not foaming
5. Is compatible with optical brightening agents.

Application
(note: Bleach-1040A have to adding first)
Bleach-1040A generally suggest usage: 1~3 g/l
If expected high whiten：usage is half of Hydrogen Periodic.

Packing and Storage
Net in 120 kg in PE drum . Storage time 6 months, We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
