Silicone SOA-89 is a kind of amino-modified polysiloxane.

Advantage:
The touch style is smooth and delicate.

Basic Character:
Appearance : colorless to tiny yellow transparent liquid
Ionic : weak cationic
Ammonia value : 0.10~0.20 mmol/g
Viscosity : 20000~40000 mPa‧s
Solid Content : 88~90% (105°C, 3h)

Usage amount for reference:
Silicone SOA-89 diluted emulsion (20% solid content)
(1) Dipping Process : 1~5% (o.w.f.)
(2) Padding Process : 10~50g/l

Package:
100kg or 190kg drum

Storage:
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Dilute Method:
A. Formula:
Silicone SOA-89 : 100kg
Emulsifier : 50kg
Acid water : 10kg (2kg glacial acetic acid + 8kg water)
Water : 600kg

B. Dilute Process:
1. Add Silicone SOA-89 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 25kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 25kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 25kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
7. Add 90kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
8. Add 90kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
9. Add 120kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
10. Slowly add rest water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 5-6;
11. Filter and pack.

C. Notice:
1. Must use high speed machine, in last step, can add water slowly.
2. Emulsifier: recommend BASF XL40:XL90=3:7
3. When in cold weather, emulsifier is easy to freeze, heat and thaw before use.
