Rubber White / Rubber Clear are elastic, high gloss and non-sticky printing pastes and are special designed for applying in high quality textile printing with excellent elongation and elasticity.
W25-E / T02-E are formaldehyde free & complying with Oeko-tex Standard 100.

Printing recipe for reference:
a. White color:
Elastic White W25-E…….100%
Water………………………X% (In case of too viscous, adding water for diluting)

b. Black color:
Elastic White T02-E.………90%
Pigment Black…….……….5-10%
Water……………….………X% (In case of too viscous, adding water for diluting)

c. Other colors:
Elastic White W25-E………50%
Elastic Clear T02-E.……….45%
Pigment Black……………..5%
(p.s. Elastic white and Elastic transparent are compatible with each other for using especially for ground color in heavy shade.)

Direct printing -----> Nature dry / or by dryer at 120~140 deg.C X 2~3 minutes / or by hot pressing at 120~140 deg.C X 5~10 seconds.

Packing and Storage:
30kgs Plastic drum, 6 months in dry and cool place.
