Water & oil repellent agent

Finish 82A gives excellent water and oil repellent property and keeping aeration property and soft hand touch to natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk and synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, and these blended fabrics.
Finish 82A is an environmental friendly product that can pass PFOA/PFOS requirement along with very high water repellent and durable wash.

Appearance: Milky white emulsion
Ionicity: Weak cationic
Component: Fluoro-chemical surfactant
PH: 2.5 ~ 4.5
Solubility: Easy soluble in water

Usage
Standard recipe
Polyester 40 ~ 60 g/L
Nylon 50 ~ 70 g/L
Polyester/cotton blend 60 ~ 80 g/L
Padding → Dry → Cure 150 ~ 190℃ x 60 ~ 120 sec

Durable recipe for Polyester and Nylon
Finish 82A 50 ~ 100 g/L
Catalyst 5 ~ 10 g/L
Padding → Dry → Cure 150 ~ 190℃ x 60 ~ 120 sec
