Softer VA-12C is a low-chromatic aberration amino silicone fluid which is synthesized by special molecules (be the silicone backbone), to react with the unique hydrophilic functional group. Thanks to this composition, VA-12C can provide good softness and is far different than any traditional terpolymer hydrophilic softener. VA-12C cause very low chromatic aberration but with good hand-feeling and hydrophilic ability.
