Burn Out paste – DP-705

Function: To burn the cotton fiber and reserve the synthetic fiber from the blended cotton / synthetic fabric to make artistic design, without affecting the hand feeling to fabric.

Main component:
Anion strong acid product (PH = 1.0 ~ 1.5), milky white paste

Application recipe:
Preparing stock paste
Water: 90%
Guar Gum: 10%
Preparing printing paste
Stock paste : 40 -50%
DP-705: 60 -50%

After treatment:
Hand printing:
Printing – Drying by nature – drying by oven at 150 – 160 deg.C for 20 seconds – washing
Machine printing:
Printing – drying at 120 – 140 deg.C – color developing – washing – drying
