Deter 22LAC is an odorless acid reducing detergent which is free from the banned substances. It is used for polyester dyed by disperse dyes under acidic conditions.
Deter 22LAC can lower the consumption of power and water to save the cost and processing time to improve the production efficiency

Advantages
1. Remove disperse dyes remaining on PES/ PBT/ PTT fiber.
2. Improve wet/ rubbing fastness.
3. Compatible with common dyeing auxiliaries and UV absorbers.
4. Foamless, suitable for jet dyeing equipment, high speed/ rapid liquid dyeing machine or washing
equipments.

Application
1. Add Deter 22LAC into the dyeing bath during the end of dyeing process.

Dissolve / dilute
1. Acidic cleaning agent Deter 22LAC must be diluted before adding through the mixing
tank staining bath.
2. Polyester dyeing dosage depends on the color depth, light color 2.0g / l, dark color
3.0g/l, dark 5.0g/l.
3. Dosage depends on various factors (such as the amount of dyes, textile materials,
Bath ratio…. etc.), generally within the following range:
2.0-3.0 g/l Deter 22LAC（adding 80℃ cooling dyeing bath）.
70-80℃ run 10-20 minutes, followed by at least one cold wash (recommended to confirm
the amount of experiment).
Polyester after printing Cleaning dosage: 3.0 g/l Deter 22LAC after cleaning alone,
70℃ 10-20 minutes (ex. For special colors or special needs may need to use acid
reduction cleaning agent Deter 22LAC for two-step cleaning) → Wash with cold water at
least once.

Recipe
A. For reduction wash:
With Deter 22LAC, adjust pH to 4.0 - 4.5 (To get the best results)
Deter 22LAC：3.0 - 5.0%
HAC：0.5 g / l
85 - 90 ° C × 20 mins

B. For stripping color
Nylon：5-7 g/l
CDP, Acrylic：5-7 g/l
Rayon, Cotton：5-7 g/ l
HAC：1 g/l → 98 ° C × 30 mins

Packing and Storage: Net in 40kg/ carton（Small package 5kg×8）, put in cool and dry place available for 6 months
