LEVER - 2418 is a special efficient leveling agent for polyester dye.
When cones of polyester is dyed with disperse dye appear unleveled or the piece of polyester is dyed with disperse dye appear un-level or the piece of polyester appear barre. LEVER - 2418 is used to help the disperse dye coverage the trouble.

Property :
(1) Increase leveling activity dye to coverage the fibers.
(2) After treatment is very ease.
(3) Do not influence fastness of dyes.
(4) Increase the dispersing property dyes.
(5) It is a kind of environmental protection not including APEO & Phthalates textile leveling agent.

Application :
1. About 5 - 10 times water is used to soluble on part of LEVER - 2418 then add the reduced LEVER - 2418 to the dyed bath.
2. If want to help the disperse dye coverage the trouble ,it is must be used in the high temperature dyeing (135℃) method.
3. About 1 - 1.5g/l of LEVER - 2418 is used for the dyeing speck or appear barre.
4. LEVER - 2418 can use in normal dyeing method, or can replace carrier dyeing method(120℃)
5.About 0.5 – 1.0 g/l of LEVER - 2418 is suggested to used for normal dyeing method.
6. About 1.5 - 2g/l of LEVER - 2418 is suggested to be used for the treatment of the dyed piece which has barre.

Packing and storage :
120 kgs in PE drum or200kgs PE drum. Storage time 6 months in dry and cool place.
