Deter-223A (Powder)- Acid reduction clearing agent

Traditionally to dye CVC, T/C, T/R fabrics after the high temperature dyeing process to dye T-side, then we use sodium hydrosulfite and soda ash to do the reduction clearing in order to increasing the washing fastness. But very often some hydrosulfite still remaining on the fabrics or on the same piece of fabrics due to uneven content of varied range of PH value on the same fabrics. In this way when using the reactive dyes to dye Cotton it is very possible to get unlevelling dyeing.

Use Deter-223A in the acid dye bath to do the reduction clearing can avoid this trouble, and its residual liquor is near PH neutral clear liquid.
