Performance Feature and Application:
Disper NCR-45AY has an excellent dispersing effect on various inorganic powders, such as Tianium Dioxide, talcum powder, calcium carbonate and iron oxide, sharply reducing the abradant viscosity
and the polishing time, stabilizing the pigment dispersion system, helps to prevent the organic
pigment from flocculation, and reduces color floating and blurring tendency, etc.. Neutralized with
ammonia, so this product is both particularly suitable for high-gloss paint film, and also improves its water-resistance; dispersing agent
Disper NCR-45AY can be used alone, or used with other types of dispersing agents together. It can
be used for various water-based industrial paint and pigment concentrates paste, etc.. It contains the following features:
1. It has better performance of dispersion and storage stability based on special structure, compared
with the polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersing agent commercially available.
2. It can provide excellent film water resistance.
3. It can prevent from paste flocculation, reducing color floating and blurring tendency, etc.,
especially for tinting paste of exterior walls.
4. It can improve gloss showing competence of the paint film.
5. It has a extremely low ash content , more suitable for stringent ceramics requirements of ash
content.

Application Method and Amount:
Amount suggested:0.1~1.2% (solid dispersing agent/solid pigment and filler). The exact amount should be determined by clients according to the actual situation.

Package & Storage:
It should be packaged in a 50KG or 150KG plastic drum.
It should be tightly enclosed after use, far away from cation, polyvalent metal ions and other destabilizing substances in storage.
