APPLICATION
It's used for Optical Brightening Agent on polyester and its blends& acetate fibre, and suitable for both exhaustion and padding.

PROCESS METHOD
1. Exhaustion process under high temperature:
Top White – R / 6YC: :0.1-0.4% o.w.f.
Dispersant: :0.5-1g/l
Acetic acid adjustment: :PH= 5-6
Temperature: :90-130℃
Time: :20-30min.

2. Continuous padding process:
Top White – R / 6YC: :1-4g/l
Other auxiliaries: :xg/l;
Temperature: :160-190℃
Time: :30-60 sec.
