LEVER 148 is a dispersing and leveling agent especially developed for use in low liquor ratio, cheese or piece, rapid dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics with outstanding leveling effects during the heat-up period by excellent retarding properties and reduces the strikes of the dyes.

Appearance: :Yellowish brown clear liquid
Composition: :Mixture of anionic and nonionic surface active agents.
PH(5%): : 7.5 ~ 9.5
Solubility: :Soluble in cold water.

Features :
LEVER 148 has good repeatability due to low-foaming property.
LEVER 148 shows uniform absorption during the heat-up period by controlling the strikes of dyes during the initial stage of dyeing with its superior retarding ability without affecting final color yield.
LEVER 148 is highly capable of dispersing the dyes. It prevents thermal coagulation of the dyes or dye specks which are caused by mechanical shocks such as jet streams, shearing forces from pumps.
LEVER 148 prohibits the decomposition or discoloration of dyes, and will not affect the dyeing ability of the direct dyes or reactive dyes, which make it also applicable to the dye polyester blended fabrics.

Application :
Recommended dosage: 0.5 g/L.
However, the optimum dosage is adjustable based on the type of goods, color depth desired, as well as the dyeing conditions used.

Packing and Storage :
Net 120kgs PE drum. Storage-time 6 months in dry and cool place.
