Enzyme F-CR - Neutral type Enzyme for Bio-Polishing/Anti-pilling

2015/12/9
Enzyme F-CR is an easy-to-use cellulase specially developed to improve bio-polishing in the textile industry.
Enzyme F-CR gives the possibility of applying bio-polishing before or after dyeing. Due to its broad pH range from 5 to 8, you can work under different process conditions to achieve similar bio-polishing effects. Additionally, you can combine the bio-polishing process with other processes such as bleach clean-up and bio-scouring for cost optimization.

Physical properties
Appearance: Light yellowish brownish transparent liquid
pH: 5~6

Advantages
Enzyme F-CR gives the typical benefits offered by classic acid cellulases for the bio-polishing process and also has several advantages over other cellulases in the market:
Good color retention and less cross-staining.
Can be applied in final soaping-off baths.
No need to adjust pH.
Can be used just as effectively before dyeing.
Maintains higher tensile strength.
Good bio-polishing repeatability.
Broad pH range from 5 to 8.
Negative effect of core alkali minimized.
Can be combined with other enzymatic processes like bio-scouring, bleach clean-up, de-sizing.
Less weight loss .

Application / Process
The bio-polishing process ensures that loose fibres on the fabric are dislodged. For optimum results, it is therefore important that equipment with high agitation is used to remove the loose fibres from the fabric. Suitable equipment includes jet-dyeing machines as well as aqueous fabric tumblers.

Recommended recipe:
Equipment: :Over-flow / Jet-flow dyeing m/c, industrial washing m/c.
Dosage: :1.0~2.0 o.w.f. (1.5% o.w.f. is recommended)
Liquor ratio: :1:8~1:20
pH: :5.0~8.0 (optimum at 6.5~7.0)
Temperature: :50 ~ 60 deg.C (optimum at 50~55 deg.C)
Time: :45~60 minutes.

Note: The enzymatic treatment should be terminated by a thorough detergent wash-off. For complete inactivation, run for 15 min with 1-2 g/l sodium carbonate (pH.10) at 80°C.

Packing
30kgs plastic drum.

Storage
Enzymes gradually lose activity over time depending on storage temperature.
Cool conditions are recommended. When stored in closed containers at 25°C, the product will maintain its declared activity for at least 3 months.

Extended storage and/or adverse conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to a higher dosage requirement.

Safety in use
Enzymes are proteins, and inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization, and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. The product may create easily inhaled aerosols if splashed or vigorously stirred. Spilled product may dry out and create dust. Spilled material should be flushed away with water.
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection as prescribed on the warning label. Wash contaminated clothes.
