Dyeing process for CATIONIC dyes: 
a.      Pre-pretreatment:
Fabric / Fiber to be treated with 0.5g/L detergent at 45 ~ 50 deg.C for 15 minutes- Rinse. 
b.     Recipe of dye solution:
Making dye paste with Acetic Acid (40%~60%), ratio by weight at 1 (acetic acid) :1 (dye).
Adding boil water to dissolve completely.
c.      Recipe: 

Acrylic Fiber Spun Filament

Dye Retarder (PAN) 0 – 2% 0 – 1.5% 0 – 2% 0 – 1.5%

Dyeing process for CATIONIC SD dyes:
Cationic SD dye is a dispersed – cationic dye for A, A/W, A/P, AMP/P, when using with other dyes, 
anti-precipitated agent is not required. 
Recipe: 

A.    Normal pressure dyeing:  Dosage
Cationic SD dye X
Acetic Acid 2
Sodium Acetate 2
Surfactant 2
Water  Y

B.    High pressure dyeing:  Dosage
Cationic SD dye X
Acid Dye (or Disperse dye) Y
