TOPLIQUOR SILK (Silky handle synthetic fatliquor)

Deter SAW-2(AI) is a powerful low-foaming type soaping agent whose main ingredients have been renovated by our long-term research on the essential function of soaping agent. It shows remarkable effects on soaping of reactive dyes, sulphur dyes and vat dyes in printing and dyeing process.
● Topliquor SILK imparts warm silky and smooth handle to the leather.
● Topliquor SILK has good light fastness, heat resistance and leveling effect which is quite suitable for the fatliquoring of shoe upper leather, nubuck, suede split, leather goods, garment and glove leather.
● After finishing at high temperature and pressure plating, the leather treated with Topliquor SILK will still remain soft.

Application :
1. Topliquor SILK needs to be diluted with 60°C water at a ratio of 1:10 before adding into the drum. The application dosage is 6~12%.
2. Example :
Pig skin garment nubuck :
Thickness : 0.6~0.8mm
