Softer YZ-F23 (Cold-water dissolved softener)

Softer YZ-F23 is the weak cationic softener for cellulose, T/C blend and all other fibers.
An excellent result with soft handling and anti-static

I. PROPERTIES
1. Appearance: Pale yellowish flakes
2. Composition: Fatty amide condensation
3. Ionic Character: Weak cationic
4. pH (1% solution): 4 – 6
5. Solid content: 100%
6. Solubility: Completely dissolves in cold water

II. APPLICATION
1. Softener for cellulose and their blends.
2. Can mix with other auxiliaries and resins for after finishing
3. Easily dissolves in cold water and so, easy operation at the dye house.
4. Stable in hard water, acid solution.

III. USAGE
1. Weigh the quantity needed, put it in cold water for 40-60 minutes. The Softer YZ-F23 will have dispersion and then stir completely for 15-30 minutes, then ready for use. Usually, prepare 5% to 10% emulsion, is suggested
2. Usage, Base on 10% stock emulsion, according the kind of textile goods. Application about 2-5% o.w.f.
