Softer-252

Softer-252 is a finishing agent for polyester fibers, which is composed of polyester resin dispersed in water and gives durable soft handle with good water absorbability and soil release property. It can be also treated in bath of dyeing or reduction clearing and shows softening and anti-creasing effect in bath.

Characteristic:
1. Softer-252 gives durable soft handle to polyester fibers. Excellent light fastness.
2. It gives durable water absorbability and soil release property to polyester fibers.
3. It can be treated not only by after-treatment process property but by adding in the bath
of dyeing or reduction clearing process. In this case it shows softening and anti-creasing
effect in the bath.

Method and amount of usage
Softer-252 can be treated by padding and exhausting method.
The dosage of Softer-252 varies with the kind of material, treating method and effect
desired, but following is recommended as a standard.
By padding method.........................................................2 - 5 g/l
By exhausting method (in dyeing or reduction clearing.....2 - 5% (o.w.f.)
By reduction clearing......................................................0.1-0.3 g/l

Packing and Storage: Net 120kgs in PE drum., storage-time 6 months.
(we suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.)
