HPMC-4MC is mainly used as adhesive, suspending agents, film-forming material, coatings, adhesives, paint strippers, inks..etc.
HPMC-4MC can be used binder, thickener and rheology modifying agent in various industrial applications.

Appearance: white to slightly off-white fibrous or granular powder.
Methoxy(%): 27.0 ~ 30.0
Hydroxypropoxy (%): 4.0 ~ 7.5
Viscosity (cps): 3,200 ~ 4,800
PH (2% in water): 5.0~8.5
Loss on drying: max. 5%
Residue on Ignition: max. 1.5%
Residue on sieve (180um): max. 5%
Gelatin temp.: 58.0 ~64.0 deg.C

Characteristics
Soluble in water, can be used directly to water based systems
Improves properties such as adhesion, spread and rheology ability.
Wide range of PH stability
